Dean, Faculty of Public Affairs
Carleton University is seeking a Dean, Faculty of Public Affairs who is strongly committed to providing visionary leadership. The Faculty is widely known for its engagement in national and international affairs as well as its strong record of cutting edge, interdisciplinary research directed at solving real-world problems.
The Faculty consists of disciplinary and interdisciplinary academic units in Economics, Law, Political Science, International Affairs, Journalism and Communication, Public Policy and Administration, Social Work, Criminology and Criminal Justice, European, Russian and Eurasian Studies and Political Economy. All of these units contribute to research involving the private and public sectors, as well as the voluntary sector. The research conducted by faculty members informs the curriculum of all degrees offered in the Faculty, including the Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management offered through Kroeger College.
